STEP 1 – Contact US
Contact our Claims Department on the number above.
STEP 2 – Dedicated Claims Handler
You will automatically be allocated your Claims Manager who will be your point of contact and will work with your through the claim process from start to finish.
STEP 3 – Claim Preperation
Together we’ll review your claim based on what your policy covers, together with all supporting documents, information and evidence
STEP 4 – Keeping you up and running
While your claim is being processed, we may be able to provide support to reduce any disruption to your business.
What we may ask you for?
(1) Your policy number and personal details
(2) Incident details including where the incident took place
(3) Any documents, information, photographs or video footage to support the claim
(4) A crime reference number if attended by the Police
(5) If a claim against you, we will need to see all correspondence between you and the claiment includint any contracts (if applicable)
